AUDIT MANAGER -

The Audit Manager is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and completing audits; developing and managing staff; and reviewing financial statements and related technical accounting issues. The Audit Manager works closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development. The Audit Manager is responsible for an assigned group of clients.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
-For audit manager positions (1) CPA and five to seven years of progressive audit experience in public accounting;
-Excellent analytical and technical skills;
-Client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships;
-Ability to work on multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment;
-Aptitude for computer/PC applications including audit-preparation software and an understanding of the impact of technology.


TAX MANAGER -

The Tax Manager is responsible for all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries. Responsibilities include tax planning, tax review; developing and managing staff; and related technical tax research issues. The Tax Manager works closely with partners and staff on client management, practice development, and business development. The Tax Manager is responsible for an assigned group of clients.

Part-Time Recruiting and Marketing Professional -

Recruiting/marketing professional for either a full time, part time or flex schedule position. We offer an exceptional opportunity for the right individual that is seeking to apply their marketing management and recruiting skills within a successful, growing firm. Key capabilities are resourceful; conscientious; computer proficient and recruiting experience with exposure to general accounting background and knowledge and experience with accounting, bookkeeping and HR positions.

Other requirements:

Appropriate recruiting experience or aptitude
Able to effectively interact with prospective hires via phone
Self motivated and ability to work independently
Capable of setting and maintaining own work schedule
General marketing and relationship building skills
must have high speed internet access from home


Compensation and Benefits:
Salary
Up to 16 PTO days per year
