It is our firm's mission to build and maintain a professional firm which ensures our professionals can create and provide the services and relationships that exceed our client’s expectations and provides our clients with innovative and progressive solutions.

Our vision is to remain a professional services firm consisting of professionals with strong communication skills and a core commitment to a sense of ownership in the firm, its mission and the success of our firm and its clients.

PROFESSIONAL MEMBERSHIPS:

JDS Professional Group is a firm member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of CPA’s. Many of our firm principals and professionals serve in volunteer capacities on professional and technical committees and organizations.

PEER REVIEW:

JDS Professional Group has received several independent peer reviews of our firm. The reviewers concluded that our firm complies with the stringent quality control standards set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA) the national and state professional organization of CPA’s.

Our most recent reviewer’s report was accepted by the CSCPA. That acceptance indicates that our firm was found to have met or exceeded the high professional standards set by the AICPA regarding firm policies, procedures and work performed for clients. This demonstrates our commitment to excellence in serving our clients. Our clients can be confident they are working with a firm that not only meets, but exceeds, prescribed standards.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING

We believe the most critical element of any professional firm is its people. In an effort to continually maintain the professional excellence of our firm, our principals and professional staff complete a minimum of forty hours of Continuing Professional Education (CPE) each year. CPE courses include study programs in areas such as auditing, taxation, advisory services, ethics and communication. Although a number of general courses may be chosen we elect to complete formal educational programs for each one of our professionals so that we may ensure that our professional continuing educational programs develop to the fullest extent possible, the expertise and client service capabilities of each professional.
